What are your products made from?
Our ornaments are natural capiz shell set in brass-toned frames, our bags are hand-woven from natural buri palm fibre, and our throws are 100% woven cotton. Because every piece is handcrafted, small variations in shell tone and weave are part of its character.
How fast is shipping?
Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days and we ship worldwide. Typical delivery is 7-10 business days in Europe, 5–7 business days to the US and UK, and 10-15 business days elsewhere. Every order comes with tracking.
Can I order capiz stars in bulk for a parish, school or wedding?
Yes. Capiz stars come in packs of 3, 7, 20, 30 and 50, and doves in packs of up to 30. For larger quantities, email hello@eternityjk.com and we will send a quote.
Are the cross-stitch patterns an instant download?
Yes. Digital patterns are delivered as a PDF straight after checkout, so you can start stitching the same day.
What is your returns policy?
We accept returns on physical items (handmade goods, baskets, and décor) within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unused and in their original condition — please contact us to initiate a return. Please note that all digital downloads (PDF cross-stitch and embroidery patterns) are non-refundable due to their instant-access nature.
