- All digital products are delivered instantly via download link immediately after your payment is confirmed.
- No shipping is required — you can start using your pattern or PDF right away.
- If you experience any trouble accessing your download, please contact us at hello@eternityjk.com and we will resend your file promptly.
Handmade Physical Products (Handwoven Bags, Capiz Shell Ornaments, Printed Magazine)
All of our physical items are handmade to order by skilled artisans — because each piece is crafted individually rather than mass-produced, please allow the following timelines:

Shipping Carrier
All physical orders are shipped via DHL International. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your package's journey.
International Shipping & Customs
As we ship internationally, please note:
- Delivery estimates are based on typical DHL transit times and may occasionally be affected by customs processing or other factors outside our control.
- Any customs duties, import taxes, or fees charged by your country are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the item or shipping price.

Because our bags and ornaments are handwoven or handcrafted using natural materials, please note that slight variations in color, pattern, texture, or size are normal and expected — this is part of what makes each handmade piece unique. These natural variations are not considered defects.
